Your Coaches
Meet Your Coaches & Contributors
Before we dive in, a quick but important note — because we’re the kind of people who believe in being upfront about things.
Our coaches bring serious medical credentials to the table. We’re talking real clinical backgrounds, not just a weekend certification and a green juice habit. But here’s the distinction that matters: what we do at MyHealthMy.Life is health coaching, not medical care — and that’s actually a feature, not a bug.
Health coaching is its own lane. We’re not here to diagnose you, prescribe for you, or replace your doctor (please keep your doctor). What we are here to do:
- Cut through the noise — pointing you toward evidence-based resources that are actually worth your time
- Help you talk to your clinician — because let’s be honest, 15 minutes with your provider goes a lot better when you walk in prepared
- Help you set real goals and actually reach them — which, as it turns out, is where most of the magic happens anyway
Think of us as the knowledgeable friend who happens to have a medical background — someone who helps you understand your options, advocates alongside you, and keeps you moving forward between appointments.
So yes — the degrees are real, the credentials are legit, and the experience is extensive. But within a coaching relationship, medical advice isn’t something we’re able to offer, and we want to be transparent about that. What is within our scope: appointments, curated resources, and medical education — all delivered through the lens of coaching and professional training, not clinical practice.
We’re glad you’re here. Now — meet the team.
Lori Fitzgibbons MMSc
I’m the founder of MyHealthMy.Life. I’ve worked as a PA for over 20 years and I’m now excited that I can help in a different way as a Health Coach. I am passionate about helping women feel like themselves again. Over the years, I’ve seen how stress, exhaustion, and endless “fixes” can leave us burned out and discouraged. That’s why I focus on prevention, balance, and strategies that truly fit your life—not someone else’s checklist. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and ready to build routines that last. I bring a background in family practice, preventive medicine, functional nutrition, and obesity medicine, which shapes my integrative approach. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling, reading, or navigating busy life of a mom of 3. I also recently moved to Canada and will be pausing taking clients pending establishing perminant residency.
